As crew managers we undertake the full scope of management operations required by our clients, ensuring that each vessel we are responsible for is manned with qualified and well-trained officers and ratings. We perform all crew-related functions including:

  • Screening, interviewing candidates, reference checking. Selection of seamen for a particular vessel is made in accordance to their previous experience on the same vessel or similar type of vessel/engines. We ask for references from the previous Companies or Crewing Agents for which a candidate served in the past. Check for the availability of all necessary documents in accordance with STCW, as well as and verification validity СОС, COE, STCW Certificates.

  • Testing the professional knowledge.

  • Knowledge of English Language. English Language knowledge is verified orally and in written (Marlins Tests).

  • Assistance in arrangement of medical examination, issue of all necessary documents and attestation of the crewmembers recruited for the vessel. All seamen are medically examined only at specialized marine medical institutions. Drug and Alcohol test is compulsory.

  • Crew relief planning, scheduling crew changes, arranging visas, crew flights and shore transport.

  • Managing competence requirements, arranging crew training, maintaining training records.

  • Budget preparation, accounting for crew costs, budgetary control and variance analysis.

  • Administrating crew payroll, paying monthly wages and social insurance contributions.

  • Arranging crew insurance for death, disability and medical care, handling insurance claims.

  • Maintaining records of crew, arranging flag state documents, monitoring certificate renewals.


All seafarers are to hold valid medical certificate and D&A Test Certificate, valid STCW certificates. Where crew members are deployed by “Euroline-2018” LLC we maintain in our Data Base copies of all appropriate STCW ’95 certificates , passport details, Flag State licenses, medical certificates, vaccination records, any trainings/courses passed, all sea service records, references from previous employers, etc. according to GDPR.
